Check-In & Check-Out

- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, depending on availability.
Identification & Age Policy
A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. Guests must be at least 18 years old to reserve and check into a room.
Deposits & Payments
An incidental deposit is collected at check-in by credit card. This is released after departure, subject to a room inspection.
Pets
Chaminade Resort & Spa is pet-friendly. Dogs are welcome for an additional nightly fee. Designated pet-friendly rooms are available; advance notice is recommended.
Smoking
The property is 100% smoke-free. Designated outdoor areas are provided for smoking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary by rate and booking channel. Standard reservations typically allow free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival. After this window, the first night’s rate may be charged. Non-refundable rates follow stricter rules.
